Using iCloud sync would have been a much more desirable option. If you don't take your iPad with you to work this may be a problem. The only down side I've found to syncing is that you'll need to be on the same Wi-Fi network in order to do so. If you've got the Mac version of Bento you can also sync your data between the two.
